A recruitment agency in Cape Town is seeking a skilled 360° Generalist Recruitment Consultant to manage recruitment processes for clients across UK, US, AU, and EU markets. This full-time, in-office role offers a basic salary of R25,000 plus uncapped commission. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring the efficient recruitment of multiple roles, conducting daily interviews, and maintaining client communication. A strong command of English and recruitment experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in a metric-driven environment; minimum 10 interviews per day.
• Proven history of hitting daily activity and placement targets.
• Agency recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients on role briefs, timelines, and feedback loops.

• Conduct candidate interviews daily and produce solid write-ups.
• Submit shortlists and coordinate client interviews.

Markets: UK, US, Australia & Europe clients

Working Hours: UK Hours

• Full 360 recruitment experience
• Bulk recruitment capability (high-volume, fast turnaround, multiple roles at once)
• Hands‑on experience using both a CRM and an ATS (daily user, not exposed to)
• Comfortable in a metric‑driven environment:
  • Minimum 10 interviews per day
  • Minimum 3 submissions per day
• Strong written/spoken English (client‑ready for UK/US/AU/EU)

What you will do.

• Work with clients on role briefs, timelines, and feedback loops
• Source at scale + manage pipelines across multiple open roles
• Conduct candidate interviews daily and produce solid write-ups
• Submit shortlists, coordinate client interviews, and manage offers
• Maintain clean records on the CRM + ATS
• Collaborate with the team via Slack (updates, handovers, daily pipeline rhythm)
