Commencing in February 2026, we are seeking fresh graduates who graduated in 2025 or are expected to graduate in 2026, and who are passionate about technology, innovation, and sustainability.

The Schneider Electric Graduate Trainee Program is a structured 24-month development journey designed to equip high-potential graduates with the technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities needed to thrive in a dynamic, global organization.

As a Graduate Trainee

you will be immersed in a comprehensive learning experience that combines:

  • On-the-job training and real business exposure
  • Structured learning and development interventions
  • Cross-functional collaboration and project-based assignments
