An established automotive dealership in the East Rand is offering a 12-month YES Internship opportunity for a motivated and customer‑focused Service Advisor. This role is ideal for unemployed youth seeking practical workplace experience within the automotive aftersales environment. The successful intern will receive structured on‑the‑job training and exposure to service reception, customer liaison, and basic workshop administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers at the service reception desk in a professional and courteous manner
• Book vehicles in for services and repairs in accordance with workshop capacity
• Open and update job cards accurately
• Communicate service requirements between customers and workshop technicians
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status and completion times
• Assist with invoicing preparation and basic administrative duties
• Maintain service records and ensure compliance with dealership processes
• Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
