Job summary
A local recruitment firm is seeking an experienced kitchen manager in Singapore. The role involves planning weekly menus, cooking healthy meals, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and functionality. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Accommodation will be provided.

- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in kitchen management.
- Flexible in work arrangement.
- Ability to cook healthy cuisine and present food attractively.
Responsibilities
- Weekly menu planning for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Assist with cooking and preparation for family members.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and functionality of equipment.
Skills
Education
- Weekly menu planning for 3 meals (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- Involve or assisting in cooking & preparation of ingredients for Family Members
- Able to cook healthy cuisine
- Food presentations equivalent to hotel standard
- To maintain cleanliness of the kitchen
- To maintain kitchen equipment functionality on a regular basis
- Assist in event planning for guest and family
- Diploma / Tertiary Studies or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Flexible in work arrangement
- Accommodation will be provided
