Job Description:
Provide day-to-day support in board spectrum HR and administrative functions.
Coordinate HR-related activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, training and performance management.
Handling grievances, counselling and disciplinary inquiry to ensure progressive discipline.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulation.
Initiate the issue of staff uniform and proper record of all items issued to staff and file in the personal file, assist with the collation and use of the training records
Supporting the reception desk when necessary during urgent absences of the receptionist
Assist with special projects as assigned and perform other duties as assigned.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or any faculty or equivalent.
Preferable at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Mature and strong communicator
Comfortable with change and learning new things
Resourceful, positive and with armed a can-do attitude
Comfortable with processes and systems, hands-on and creative
Love processes and charts, and creating systematic procedures
