A leading maintenance firm in Singapore seeks a Business Development Executive to enhance sales in the building façade and general maintenance sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, with advantages for those experienced in façade projects. Competitive salary starting from SGD 3K to 4.5K plus commissions based on project closure.

Competenze

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Business Development.
  • Experience in securing building facade maintenance projects is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities
  • Generate Salesin the Building façade maintenance and general building maintenance sector including A & A façade related projects
  • Sourcing of profitable projects involving Façade Cleaning, Re-sealant works for the entire building, glass replacement works for completed buildings and ongoing construction works.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market diversification.
  • Set clear performance goals and regularly assess team performance.
  • Ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards revenue and growth targets.
  • Generate regular reports and provide management with insights and recommendations.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay updated on industry trends and to expand the company's network.
  • Represent the company professionally and build a positive brand image.
Job Requirements
  • Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in Business Development in any field.
  • Training will be provided for facade industry business development.
  • Candidates that have experience in securing building facade maintenance projects will have an added advantage.
  • Suitable candidate will be offered a basic salary range between SGD $3K to $4.5k with monthly high commission (Based on experience).
  • Commissions separated from Basic Salary based on Project Closure.
