Facilities Executive - Technical (FSM)

5 days (Mon-Fri) Location: Novena Basic Salary: $4500 - $4800

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily planning, management, and operations of facilities on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify, record, and track building defects for timely rectification.
• Respond promptly to critical incidents affecting safety and security.
• Provide technical advice on maintenance, system upgrades, and urgent works.
• Review contractors’ proposals and offer recommendations.
• Manage hard services, including M&E systems, in high-rise commercial buildings.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Possess a valid FSM (Fire Safety Manager) certification.
• Familiar with working on government‑related projects / buildings.
• Good knowledge of building technical systems (M&E / hard services).
• Experienced in handling FSM for high rise building.
