Join the dynamic team at Pro-Teach Education Group as a Student Care Teacher. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing care and support to primary school students in the East Region.

• Deliver a range of age-appropriate activities and programs to support the social and emotional development of primary school students
• Assist with school homework and provide enrichment activities (materials provided) to students
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, promoting the wellbeing and holistic growth of each child
• Collaborate with parents and management team to support student progress and address any concerns
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for students

• Excellent communication and people skills – someone who can connect warmly with children, collaborate well with colleagues and build trusting partnerships with parents.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities – able to juggle multiple tasks, stay on top of daily routines and keep things running smoothly.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and a strong commitment to supporting their holistic growth, well-being and everyday learning.
• Confidence in planning engaging activities, guiding behaviour positively and creating a safe, vibrant, and nurturing environment where students can learn, play and thrive.
