Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage invoicing, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with sales teams. Candidates must possess a diploma in accounting and have at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, along with good communication skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience.

Responsibilities

  • Generating invoices, credit notes, and recording expenses accurately.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve invoicing issues.
  • Record incoming payments in compliance with policies.
  • Liaise with Sales on Collection and Outstanding Receivables.
  • Process monthly SOA and Aging.

Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Generating invoices, credit notes and recording of expenses in an accurate and timely manner
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve invoicing related issues with internal and external stakeholders
  • Record incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Liaise with Sales department on Collection and Outstanding Receivables
  • Process monthly SOA and Aging
  • Work closely with Warehouse and Sales team to ensure that orders and billings are correct and send out on timely manner
  • Ensure proper and systematic filling is done in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process staff transport/parking claims timely
  • Handle monthly in-house staff purchase
  • Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Certificate / LCCI in Accounting or related qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
  • Meticulous and positive learning attitude
  • Able to perform independently, good initiative and multi-tasking
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
