• Coordinate with the warehouse team and update stock level.

• Basic $3,000 – $4,500 + AWS + VB

• Working location: Joo Kooon (Company Transport Provided)
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities

• Qualify sales inquiries by understanding customer requirements.

• Support the sales team with daily operations and general administrative tasks.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.

• Coordinating with warehouse team and update stock level by every month end, participate in inventory stock-take.

• Assist with daily procurement and expediting tasks.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Possess minimum 2-year(s) experience in similar roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Marine Industry.

• Experience in pipe, fittings, flanges will be a plus.
