About the job:

Developing the Strategy and Marketing Plan

• Contribute analyses to aid in constructing the regional marketing plan using the marketing plan template.
• Provide field insights during the development of key strategy documents such as the strategic plan, annual marketing plan, and product launch plans.
• Offer metrics and updates on applicable segments of the process to the larger team.

Communication Strategy

• Understand various communication objectives.
• Develop understanding of key communication channels and stakeholders.
• Support effective communication with the regional sales team.
• Assist in developing key messaging for the sales organization.
• Serve as a contact for the regional sales team in support of the Field Marketing Manager.

Sales Support and Responsiveness

• Learn features and benefits of all division products and services to respond to field requests.
• Gain basic knowledge of competitors' offerings.
• Utilize product resources to support questions from sales teams.

Sales Enablement

• Understand the field sales structure and its role in marketing.
• Gather information for presentations, proposals, and product guides.
• Develop ability to demonstrate product features to sales teams or clients.

Customer Engagement

• Participate in customer interactions and experiences in the market.
• Understand key regional faculty.
• Support industry meetings and tradeshows.

Customer Centric Development

• Leverage customer and sales relationships to understand needs.
• Advocate for customers and address challenges.

Regional Marketing Insights

• Develop knowledge of the market and industry.
• Gather customer segmentation and value data.
• Support Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales initiatives.
• Present market insights to stakeholders.

Marketing Objectives

• Generate alternative product category definitions.
• Ensure marketing goals meet SMARTI criteria.
• Prioritize initiatives based on goals and metrics.
• Understand customer motivations for purchasing.
• Develop regional customer experience knowledge.

Collaboration & KOL Management

• Exhibit strong communication skills.
• Create work groups to complete tasks.
• Identify key KOLs and communicate program logistics.
• Seek continuous improvement in workstreams.

Medical Education & Project Management

• Support educational events for Medical Education and Marketing teams.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and compliance for events.
• Manage venue sourcing and inventory.

What you will be doing

• Understand marketing and sales event coordination, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
• Organize courses and support budgeting.
• Map customer profiles and support training workstreams.

Who are we looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in medical device or marketing/sales.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Results-oriented, collaborative, and effective communicator.
