Location: North-East of Singapore
Salary: $2580 to $2800
As an Teacher’s Assistant, you will provide reliable assistance in procurement, vendor coordination, documentation and administrative support to school.
Job Description
- To prepare, print, distribute documents & materials timely
- Help plan and run school events such as camps, celebrations, and learning journeys.
- Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and basic paperwork.
- Arrange logistics including transport, food, prizes, decorations, and equipment.
- Prepare event materials, resources, and schedules.
- Work with the admin and operations teams to ensure events run smoothly.
- Assist teachers in preparing learning materials and classroom displays.
- Help create simple teaching aids and resources.
- Provide admin support for various school functions.
- Maintain records, inventories, and resources for classrooms and events.
- Carry out other duties assigned to support overall school operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ Level Certificate with good pass in English.
- Good communication skills and positive work attitude.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in frontline customer service, general administration, preferably in a school setting.
- Preferably with 2 years of experience in event management.
- Good organisation, communication and inter‑personal skills.
- Ability to multitask with good time management and good team player with a high level of initiative.
- Preferably possess valid First Aid certification with CPR & AED.
- Singaporean Only.
