A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Sales professional to drive business growth and manage customer relations. The role involves developing strategies to meet departmental targets, providing oversight on sales leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and efficient shipment handling. Candidates should possess a diploma in Business Management and have a proven track record in sales within the logistics sector.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in logistics.
- Diploma and above in Business Management or relevant discipline.
- Target-driven with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsabilités
- Hunt for business to achieve department's budget.
- Liaise with local sales/customers to grow the business.
- Provide timely quotations and follow-up on shipments.

Primary Responsibilities:
- To HUNT for business to achieve department's budget and target.
- To improve business development and maintain relations with overseas agents.
- To liaise with local sales/customers to grow the business and handle their shipment(i.e., providing booking confirmations, conflict resolutions, billing instructions etc).
- To attend enquiries from overseas agents and customers.
- To provide timely quotations to agents and customers, and follow up with the shipment activations.
- To provide and oversee sales leads to oversea agents and keep track of the progresses and outcomes.
- Collate customer's business trends, progress and statistics.
- To handle projects/shipments and support current project manager.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Arrange and attend overseas agents and customers' sales calls/meetings/visits.
- Handle RFQ / RFP / tender bid.
- To handle any ad-hoc projects/ assignments from time to time.
- Provide constructive opinions and suggestions for work improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Business Management, or in a relevant discipline..
- Min. 2 years of sales in logistics working experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Target driven and proactive attitude.
- Good proficiency in MS Office skills.
