Job description

[LTA-PT] TRAINER, SINGAPORE BUS ACADEMY (1-YEAR LCT)

We seek passionate individuals to be part of our Singapore Bus Academy (SGBA) team to deliver and review the courses offered under the centralised academy dedicated to bus industry professionals. You will need to conduct training and assessment for bus employees from all public bus operators and work with stakeholders to propose improvements to the existing training materials. This individual will also be involved in other projects/tasks to help achieve overall organisational goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and assessment for bus employees from all public bus operators.
• Review and provide feedback on training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to propose improvements to the existing training materials.
• Participate in projects/tasks to help achieve overall organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is required.
• A Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) with good curriculum development experience is a strong advantage.
• Relevant working experience in adult education, blended learning, WSQ/SSG framework or training centre operations.
• Engineering knowledge (especially mechanical and electrical).
• Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Effective communication and written skills in both English and Chinese.

Additional Information

Work locations for this role are Ulu Pandan Bus Depot and Gali Batu Bus Depot.
