Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • To HUNT for business to achieve department's budget and target.
  • To improve business development and maintain relations with overseas agents.
  • To liaise with local sales/customers to grow the business and handle their shipment(i.e., providing booking confirmations, conflict resolutions, billing instructions etc).
  • To attend enquiries from overseas agents and customers.
  • To provide timely quotations to agents and customers, and follow up with the shipment activations.
  • To provide and oversee sales leads to oversea agents and keep track of the progresses and outcomes.
  • Collate customer's business trends, progress and statistics.
  • To handle projects/shipments and support current project manager.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and attend overseas agents and customers' sales calls/meetings/visits.
  • Handle RFQ / RFP / tender bid.
  • To handle any ad-hoc projects/ assignments from time to time.
  • Provide constructive opinions and suggestions for work improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma and above in Business Management, or in a relevant discipline..
  • Min. 2 years of sales in logistics working experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target driven and proactive attitude.
  • Good proficiency in MS Office skills.
