A logistics company in Singapore is seeking candidates for an administrative role focused on preparing delivery orders, updating inventory, and coordinating shipments. The ideal candidate should have N-Level or O-Level education, basic English skills, and good communication abilities. Preferably, candidates will hold a forklift license but it's not mandatory. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to step into the logistics field.
Qualifications
- Must have at least N-Level or O-Level.
- Able to read and write basic English.
- Basic computer skills required.
Responsabilités
- Prepare and verify delivery orders and invoices.
- Arrange and follow up on shipments.
- Update inventory records in the system.

- Prepare and verify delivery orders and invoices
- Arrange and follow up on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Update inventory records in the computer system
- Read, reply to, and print emails
- Communicate with drivers and internal teams
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with other administrative tasks when needed
- At least N-Level or O-Level
- Able to read and write basic English
- Basic computer skills (email, simple Excel/Word)
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Forklift license is preferred but not mandatory
