Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-country marketing campaigns for target accounts and channel partners.
- Align regional and local marketing activities with business priorities and guidelines.
- Support joint marketing with OEMs and alliance partners to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery.
- Manage demand-generation programs (lead gen, events, digital) with agencies and partners.
- Support development and rollout of channel programs to drive reseller engagement.
- Maintain a regional marketing calendar and track milestones, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with regional marketing, sales leads, and agencies to deliver integrated GTM execution.
- Co-develop joint marketing plans with OEMs, alliances, and channel partners to expand reach.
- Ensure alignment between regional and country teams for localized yet consistent campaigns.
- Plan quarterly activities with APJ leaders and distributors, ensuring budget/MDF alignment.
- Build strong relationships across stakeholders to improve communication and accountability.
- Drive company-led and partner-led channel marketing initiatives (digital, lead gen, reseller activation).
- Maintain a Channel Partner Toolkit with assets, content, and deployment timelines.
- Support partner product trainings, sales incentives, and reseller engagement programs.
- Work with channel sales to identify key partners, gather insights, and strengthen engagement.
- Track partner performance metrics and report on channel campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in onboarding and enabling new channel partners through targeted marketing.
- Analyze sell-in/sell-out data to guide strategy and partner engagement.
- Support logistics and execution for events, partner floor days, and customer activities.
- Work with agencies to deliver creative, digital assets, and web content for campaigns.
- Report campaign outcomes and ROI across ASEAN markets.
- Maintain dashboards on channel performance, MDF spend, and ROI for business reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the IT or technology industry with regional exposure.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, metrics, and campaign performance tracking.
- Experience in channel marketing, partner enablement, or distributor marketing management is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel regionally when required.
