Job Description
  • Financial Administration:Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time.Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems.Assist in cash in/out management records
  • Reporting & Documentation:Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and financial audit with outside vendorsOrganize and file financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support Functions:Liaise with internal teams and external vendors on billing and payment queries.Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and document management.
  • Compliance:Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant financial regulations.
