Key Responsibilities

Research Partnership Unit is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join us in this exciting new role focusing on research agreements and collaborations. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter and strong team player who can work cross-functionally to support the review, coordination, and execution of research-related agreements. The candidate should demonstrate adaptability in engaging partnership and will assist the Research Partnership’s Head in strategic planning and developing initiatives to enhance partnership frameworks and support the School’s research objectives.

  • Manage partnership and handle collaboration agreements internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all processes comply with University policies and approval protocols.
  • Monitor and track agreements/proposal cases reports, and communications, engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and timely project implementation.
  • Act as the primary liaison in the preparation and submission of proposals.
  • Organise and administer industry partnerships with activities such as meetings, research workshops. Handle logistic, communication, and coordination for all stages of the event process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and sustain a comprehensive database that facilitates future research collaborations, business initiatives, and event engagements.
Qualifications
  • Recognized university degree in relevant background in Business or Business technology certification/diploma/ degree with experience working in organization or technology company
  • Demonstrate initiative, good interpersonal communication skills and time management skills
  • Resourceful, energetic, meticulous, adaptable to change and able to multi-task
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and deliver under tight deadlines
  • An initial employment of 2 years' contract will be offered, subject to renewal
