Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Temporary Mosquito Release Executive for various research projects. You will deploy and maintain surveillance tools, release male Wolbachia-Aedes mosquitoes, prepare logistics for fieldwork, and process field samples. Candidates must be willing to work staggered hours and have the ability to thrive in outdoor and dynamic environments.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work staggered hours, including before/after office-hours.
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain mosquito surveillance and control tools.
- Release male Wolbachia-Aedes mosquitoes in the community.
- Prepare logistics and supplies for fieldwork.
- Process samples collected from the field.
You will be working on various research projects. You will be responsible for the following:
The deployment and maintenance of various mosquito surveillance and control tools for the purposes of research and surveillance.
The release of male Wolbachia-Aedes mosquitoes in the community.
Preparation of logistics and supplies for fieldwork.
Processing of samples collected from the field.
Job Requirement
Be willing to work staggered hours, including before/after office-hours.
Be willing to work in outdoor environment.
Able to work independently and as a team in a dynamic working environment.
