SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR
Job summary
A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage site work, coordinate teams, and ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, be capable of reading technical drawings, and possess relevant safety certifications. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Min 5 years of experience in a supervising position.
- Able to read, understand, and work from technical drawing.
- Having a Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Cert.
Responsibilities
- Schedule workers and ensure instructions are carried out properly.
- Attend site meetings and monitor work progress.
- Maintain documentation and report to the Senior Manager.
- Coordinate communication among team members, customers, and contractors.
Skills
Scheduling the workers, and making sure instructions are carried out properly
Attend site meeting
Monitor, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure the work is carried out in a quality and efficient manner.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting to the Senior Manager

Provide on-site solutions during supervision works
Min 5 years of experience in a supervising position
Able to read, understand, and work from technical drawing
Having a Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Cert, Managing work at height.
Good communication skills, able to coordinate & liaise with people at all levels.
Able to work under tight schedules
Hard-working and keen to learn
Team player and also able to work independently
