A leading maritime company in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage the daily operations of bulk and gas carrier vessels. You will coordinate with the Vessel Master and Technical Managers, serve as the primary contact for charterers, and assist in identifying business opportunities. Strong communication skills and experience in vessel operations are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional working relationships with Charterers.
• Coordinate and manage daily operations of vessels with the Vessel Master.
• Act as a primary point of contact for Technical Managers and Charterers.
• Assist with pre-chartering research and identify business opportunities.
• Perform administrative duties related to contracts and chartering activities.

Job description

• Act as a primary point of contact between Technical Managers and Charterers to facilitate effective communication and support day-to-day operational issue resolution.

• Assist the Business Manager with pre-chartering research and the identification of potential business opportunities.

• Perform administrative duties related to contracts and chartering activities in accordance with company procedures.
