Location: Central Singapore / 5 days' work week

Company: Global ICT Manufacturer

Our client a fast-growing global ICT multinational with a rapidly expanding Singapore office. The company manufactures and distributes patented surveillance security cameras and network devices. They are a market leader in their consumer ICT range found in local superstores and have recently moved into the enterprise SMB segment. The Singapore team has grown to 80 staff and continues to scale. We are looking for a hands‑on HR Generalist who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can independently manage end‑to‑end HR operations while supporting the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Full HR Spectrum (Lead HR for Singapore Subsidiary)

  • Manage the full HR operations independently as the primary HR contact.
  • Handle end‑to‑end IT and technical recruitment for Singapore, including cxx level sales directors and technical roles.
  • Manage external recruitment partners and ensure quality hiring delivery.
  • HR Operations & Work Pass Management
  • Oversee all HR processes: onboarding, training, development, employee engagement, and offboarding.
  • Manage work pass applications and renewals (WP, S Pass, EP) and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Handle HR administration including payroll for up to 100 headcount, manual calculations of leave, attendance, CPF & Taxes, insurance, and statutory filings.
  • Prepare HR reports and support manpower planning with HQ.
  • Performance & Policy Management
  • Lead performance appraisal cycles and guide managers on evaluation processes.
  • Advise HQ on Singapore employment laws, HR compliance, and local policy welfare requirement onboarding and terminations.
  • Translate HR documents/policies between English and Mandarin for local and HQ alignment.
Admin & Office Support
  • Willingly support administrative tasks such as taking meeting minutes, managing documentation, comfortable with vendor fronting, coordinating visits, and hosting VIP guests.
  • Assist with company events, pantry inventory management, staff activities, and ad hoc duties as needed.
  • Liaise with vendors and external partners where required.
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree from a recognized institution.
  • 5 to 8 years of full‑spectrum HR experience in an ICT, electronics, tech, or distribution environment.
  • Strong experience in executive recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently as an individual contributor.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and willing to handle both strategic and hands‑on tasks.
