The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in holistic wellness practices and business leadership. Responsibilities include program management, team leadership, and revenue handling. Requirements include a relevant degree and certifications in sound therapy and hydrotherapy, with yoga training as a plus.

This role requires deep professional expertise in sound and holistic therapies, combined with proven business leadership experience. The Director is accountable for program quality, revenue performance, team leadership, and sustainable growth of the centre.
- Set strategic direction and oversee overall performance of the centre
- Translate wellness programs into commercially viable offerings
- Own pricing, revenue growth, and cost management
- Lead and govern sound therapy, hydrotherapy, yoga, and trauma-informed programs
- Oversee certification and practitioner training programs

- Yoga teacher certification (minimum RYT 200 or equivalent) advantageous
