This role requires deep professional expertise in sound and holistic therapies, combined with proven business leadership experience. The Director is accountable for program quality, revenue performance, team leadership, and sustainable growth of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate wellness programs into commercially viable offerings
• Own pricing, revenue growth, and cost management
• Lead and govern sound therapy, hydrotherapy, yoga, and trauma-informed programs
