Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking to hire individuals who will assist in the issuance of policy contracts and endorsements. Responsibilities include calculating premiums, ensuring timely issuance of relevant documents, and liaising with clients on employee benefits related queries.   • Liaise with direct clients/intermediaries on employee benefits related queries via phone calls or email.
  • Ensure the accuracy of records entries & proper documentation.
