Job summary

A professional services company in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to manage public enquiries through email and promote e-services. The ideal candidate should have a minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma and possess good written communication skills. Candidates with customer service experience and a motivation to work in the tax industry are preferred. Training will be provided for this full-time role.

Qualifications

  • Candidates aspiring to work in the tax industry or had prior work experiences in tax are welcome to apply.
  • Prior customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answering member of public's general enquiry email.
  • Promote and nudge member of public in the usage of e-services and chatbot.
  • Any other administrative work that may be assigned.
