Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Global HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design and HR operations.
  • Integrate HR practice across regions, partner on policy execution and align with global HR.
  • Support talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and career development.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Global HR to ensure alignment.
  • Utilize data analytics to improve HR programs and deliver insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Fluent English (Business level), strong communication skills.
  • Singapore citizenship, Permanent Resident or eligible work visa with no disqualifying reason.
  • Preferred: Experience in Global HR, HR strategy and stakeholder partnership.
  • Singapore 1 work permit, valid PR or skilled work visa; Must be clean record, no disqualifying background.
Requirements
  • Regular full‑time contract.
  • Office location: 9 Benoi Sector, Singapore (Boone Lay MRT area, company bus operation).
  • Working hours: 8:45–17:45, 5 days a week.
  • Annual leave: minimum 14 days.
  • Benefits: medical insurance support, employment insurance.
  • Salary: KRW 5,269,000–9,222,000 ($48,000–84,000 SGD) per year.
