A global provider of medical technologies is hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Oversee the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order receipt through invoicing, ensuring efficient and accurate customer order fulfilment.
• Maintain high accuracy in order entry within SAP.
• Monitor and analyze order backlogs, shipments, and billing activities on a regular basis.
• Track shipment status and prepare reports for shipments.

Customer Service & Communication

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Proactively follow up on shipment details to keep customers informed of in-transit deliveries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Resolve customer order issues by working with stakeholders in Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Distribution Centers.
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Experience in order fulfillment preferred.
