  • Coordinate interview arrangements and follow-ups.

Job Scope:

  • Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle, covering both business development (clients) and talent acquisition (candidates).

  • Proactively develop new client accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market mapping.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and decision-makers.

  • Conduct detailed job briefings to understand clients’ hiring needs, role requirements, salary range, and timelines.

  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, attitude, and cultural fit.

  • Prepare and present professional candidate profiles with clear recommendations to clients.

  • Coordinate and manage interview arrangements, feedback collection, and follow-ups.

  • Advise clients and candidates on salary benchmarks, market trends, and hiring insights.

  • Handle offer management, including salary negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding coordination.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to drive repeat business and referrals.

  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets, KPIs, and placement goals.

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company standards and MOM regulations.

Requirements:
