A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a proactive Recruitment Executive to support its talent acquisition efforts. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and engaging with applicants throughout the recruitment process. Recruitment & Sourcing
Source and generate recruitment leads through various channels including:
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements
Conduct initial phone or online screenings to assess candidate suitability
Candidate Engagement & Follow-up
Contact candidates promptly to explain job opportunities and company culture
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates before and after interviews to ensure a smooth experience
Maintain professional communication throughout the recruitment journey
Interview Coordination & Administration
Arrange interview logistics (venue, virtual links, schedules)
Track candidate progress and interview outcomes
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in compliance with internal policies
Support & Continuous Improvement
Assist in recruitment events, career fairs, and roadshows when required
Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
Prior experience in recruitment, HR, sales support, or administrative roles is an advantage
Familiarity with career portals and social media recruitment platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple candidates concurrently
Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
Comfortable with follow-ups and engaging candidates proactively
Exposure to end-to-end recruitment operations
Dynamic and supportive team environment
