A prominent food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Training Assistant to support recruitment and coordinate training efforts. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, onboarding sessions, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a relevant diploma or degree, 1-3 years of experience, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems is advantageous. Working Hours: Monday - Fridays , 9am -6pm
To support end-to-end recruitment and training coordination for outlets and HQ, ensuring timely hiring, smooth onboarding, and consistent execution of training programmes.
1. Talent Acquisition Support
Support full recruitment cycle for frontline and HQ roles (job posting, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation).
Liaise with outlet managers on manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
Coordinate walk-in interviews, job fairs, and recruitment events.
Manage recruitment platforms (e.g. Social Media, FastJobs, MyCareersFuture, temporary staff platforms).
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, hiring sources, vacancy status).
Maintain accurate employee and recruitment records in HR systems.
2. Onboarding & Training Coordination
Coordinate onboarding sessions, pre‑employment briefings, and induction programmes.
Arrange training schedules, venues, attendance tracking, and materials.
Support rollout of mandatory training (e.g. workplace safety, food hygiene, service standards).
Track training completion and maintain training records.
Liaise with trainers, outlet managers, and operations teams to ensure training execution.
Support evaluation of training effectiveness and post‑training feedback collection.
3. HR Operations Support
Assist with employee lifecycle administration (joining, transfers, confirmations, exits).
Support manpower reports and basic HR data analysis.
Handle employee queries related to recruitment and training matters.
Ensure compliance with MOM requirements and internal HR SOPs.
Provide ad‑hoc HR administrative support as required.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or training coordination (F&B or retail preferred).
Familiar with Singapore employment practices and hiring channels.
Strong coordination and organisational skills; able to manage high‑volume hiring.
Detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work with outlet operations teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems (HRIS experience is an advantage).
