We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our global Talent Acquisition team. In this dynamic role, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to attract top-tier technical talent across multiple global markets. You’ll own the sourcing strategy, ensure a strong candidate pipeline, and help shape the future of tech hiring at Binance.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to define sourcing strategies for tech roles.
• Conduct company mapping and market research across regions including Asia, EU, and the Middle East.
• Manage Binance’s recruitment platform (Lever) and drive process improvements.
• Create content and manage paid recruiting channels.
• Stay ahead of sourcing trends and explore new channels for talent acquisition.

• Prior experience in direct sourcing or candidate research in an agency, executive search, RPO, or in-house team.
• Proven experience sourcing for roles such as Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, and Big Data Engineers.
• Proficiency with major tech recruiting platforms and online developer communities.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to Web3/blockchain talent sourcing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Web3 job portals is a strong plus.
