Talent Acquisition & Training Assistant
Location: Singapore, Central
Reporting to: HR Specialist / HRBP
Industry: Food & Beverage (Multi-Outlet)
Working Hours: Monday - Fridays, 9am - 6pm
Job Purpose
To support end-to-end recruitment and training coordination for outlets and HQ, ensuring timely hiring, smooth onboarding, and consistent execution of training programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support
- Support full recruitment cycle for frontline and HQ roles (job posting, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation).
- Liaise with outlet managers on manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
- Coordinate walk-in interviews, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Manage recruitment platforms (e.g. Social Media, FastJobs, MyCareersFuture, temporary staff platforms).
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, hiring sources, vacancy status).
- Maintain accurate employee and recruitment records in HR systems.
Onboarding & Training Coordination
- Coordinate onboarding sessions, pre-employment briefings, and induction programmes.
- Arrange training schedules, venues, attendance tracking, and materials.
- Support rollout of mandatory training (e.g. workplace safety, food hygiene, service standards).
- Track training completion and maintain training records.
- Liaise with trainers, outlet managers, and operations teams to ensure training execution.
- Support evaluation of training effectiveness and post-training feedback collection.
HR Operations Support
- Assist with employee lifecycle administration (joining, transfers, confirmations, exits).
- Support manpower reports and basic HR data analysis.
- Handle employee queries related to recruitment and training matters.
- Ensure compliance with MOM requirements and internal HR SOPs.
- Provide ad-hoc HR administrative support as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or training coordination (F&B or retail preferred).
- Familiar with Singapore employment practices and hiring channels.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills; able to manage high-volume hiring.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with outlet operations teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems (HRIS experience is an advantage).
