[EXPANSION] Product Application Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment / C++ C#)
Job summary
A leading semiconductor support company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a technical support role focused on product performance and improvement. The ideal applicant will have a degree in Electrical & Electronics or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing. Key responsibilities include managing customer projects, providing technical support, and preparing documentation. Familiarity with programming and troubleshooting is essential.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor device manufacturing and quality control processes.
- Strong knowledge of vision or optical inspection systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support of semiconductor inspection machine between internal team and external customers.
- Evaluate and establish vision system performance specifications.
- Manage customer-specific projects and related documentation.
- Prepare technical documentation and deliver training when required.
- Drive product improvement through feedback and technical analysis.

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in an Electrical & Electronics / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
2-3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor device manufacturing and quality control processes with a good communication skills with customers.
Strong knowledge of vision or optical inspection systems.
MUST HAVE a proficiency in any programming language (e.g., C++, C#, or Python).
Familiarity with semiconductor optical inspection equipment is advantageous.
Ability to troubleshoot electronics and PC hardware systems.
Willingness to travel when required to Singapore & APAC regions.
