An IT services company in Singapore is seeking a Zscaler App Support Engineer to handle L2 and L3 tickets, manage customer support, and enhance IT security services. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical, customer-oriented role, along with strong skills in Windows and Linux administration, GIT, and automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
