Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in programmatic monetization, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic ad monetization.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM) and AdMob.
  • Good analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ad monetization strategy for the Muslim Pro app.
  • Manage programmatic ad stack with focus on Google Ad Manager and AdMob.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics and optimize yield.
  • Implement and manage ad mediation solutions with Prebid.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Manage a team of 2 executives to run ads operations.
