1. The Candidate will be responsible for ensuring all application systems remain in good working order.
2. The Candidate is expected to support new application systems when they become operational.
3. The Candidate should perform routine checks diligently and escalate anomalies to the Project Manager. They should also show initiative in troubleshooting alongside system engineers, DBAs, and outsourced vendors.
4. The Candidate must follow through on issues to resolution and complete necessary documentation.
5. The Candidate will interface with helpdesk agents, end-users, support teams, and external vendors during application support and problem resolution.

• At least three (3) years of experience in IT application systems, including support and exposure to the SDLC. Experience in Singapore is preferred.
• At least three (3) years of experience with file interfaces and batch jobs, assessing downstream impacts and data flow.
• Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries for high-volume transactions.
• Experience in configuration management tools to maintain software, hardware, and system settings.
• Maintenance support experience in:

1. ASP.NET, C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, XML, and Bootstrap.
2. Integration using RESTful web services.
3. Frameworks including .NET, Entity Framework, MVC (preferably with .NET Framework 4.7.2+).
4. Batch scripting (.bat and .vbs).

• Conceptual knowledge of cloud hosting and proficiency with major platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
