Job Scope and Duties:

• Assist in the development and execution of JSIT-R outreach initiatives and marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create, proofread, and manage content for JSIT-R webpage, social media, EDMs, and print materials
• Manage and monitor social media platforms and respond to audience engagement
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop cohesive marketing strategies
• Assist in executing promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities
• Consolidation on post-event reports, KPIs tracking reports
• Support and manage appointed PR agency on PR and media campaign
• Support the development of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations

Educational Qualifications / Professional Experience:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related
• Familiarity in digital marketing, PR and media is a plus
