Site Supervisor jobs in Singapore

We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, project team members, sub-contractors, and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve project management, specifications, and technical issues.

1. Manage project budgets and ensure the profitability of the assigned site.
2. Assign tasks to workers and supervisors, ensuring the right personnel are allocated to the right jobs.
3. Implement safety systems on site in line with MOM prevailing requirements.
4. Monitor raw material usage to reduce wastage and control costs.
5. Appoint supervisory leaders on site to oversee work in the absence of the project manager.
6. Participate in site walkthroughs for new tenders when required.
7. Ensure that work progress aligns with the project schedule.
8. Update drawings based on the latest work progress for submission to architects.
9. Ensure monthly progress payment claims are submitted on time.
10. Draft variation orders when new work is requested by architects.
11. Possess a valid driving license to transport workers between sites.
