Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily site activities
• Managing workers, materials, and equipment to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate amongst various stakeholders at worksite to ensure work alignment
• Enforce all safety regulations on site to ensure works are performed safely
• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations
• Inspect materials that are delivered on site to ensure adherence to specifications
• Procure construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not hampered by material shortage
• Supervise workmen to ensure that work is performed safely and on time
