Responsibilities

• Tomanage, control, and monitor daily project work, instructions, and progress.
• Ensurea safe work environment on site
• Supervise all works, including Civil and architectural works, road works and utilities diversion
• Trackthe progress and quality of work being performed by operations.
• Workclosely with consultant and sub-contractor.
• Supervision of construction works and handle coordination works at sites and toensure targeted completion dates are met
• Attendregular meetings with owner/client/contractors on the project related matters
• Ensurethat the works are carried out by the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Solidworks 3D CAD software
• Goodknowledge of Piping Inspection,Material Inspection,Structural Work,BeamStuctural Inspection
• Createand maintain detailed project documentation
• Monitoring resources on site and ensuring that sufficiency, availability, andperformance are aligned with the schedule.
• Ensuringthat the works are carried out to schedule and by relevant regulations
• Manageto clear any work-related issues at work site
• Otherad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
