Qualifikationen
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant setting preferred, but not required.
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus.
- Knowledge of Japanese food and drink (sake, tea, sushi) is an advantage.

- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Take orders and provide recommendations on the menu.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely delivery of food.

- Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with restaurant standards
- Ensure all guest needs are met promptly and with care, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages
- Assist with setting and clearing tables, ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a courteous and professional manner
- Process customer payments accurately using POS (point-of-sale) systems
- Ensure that the restaurant is fully stocked with necessary supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Any Ad-Hoc Duties that may be assigned by the Manager
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant setting preferred, but not required
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
