About Us

We are expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to join us as Service & Cuisine Preparation Staff, where you’ll play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing traditional Peranakan dishes, including kueh, sambal, curries, and daily specials.
  • Support chefs with ingredient preparation (chopping, marinating, plating, etc.).
  • Provide excellent customer service in both dine-in and takeaway settings.
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in line with SFA requirements.
  • Assist with festive events and Tok Panjang banquets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and service areas.
Requirements
  • Interest in Peranakan cuisine and culture (training will be provided).
