Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking a construction manager to oversee personnel, ensure site planning and execution. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of site experience and be flexible to work day/night or rotating shifts. Compliance with health and safety standards is essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Min 2 years of site experience.
- Able to work at multiple locations & sites.
- Able to work day/night shifts, rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction personnel and ensure project execution.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and consultants for inspections.
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards.
Skills
Education
- Managing construction personnel
- Site planning, coordination, and execution of matters to construction project.
- Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure smooth progression and completion of work.
- Liaise with consultants to carry out inspections and audits.
- Carry out full time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations.
- Carry out inspections to ensure that the works meets the quality standard.
- Daily Toolbox meeting
- Implement and enforce all appropriate health and safety standards
- Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment
- Able to work at multiple locations & sites
- Able to work day/night shifts, rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts
- Min 2 years of site experience
- Olevel/ Diploma holders
