• Managing construction personnel
• Site planning, coordination, and execution of matters to construction project.
• Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure smooth progression and completion of work.
• Liaise with consultants to carry out inspections and audits.
• Carry out full time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations.
• Carry out inspections to ensure that the works meets the quality standard.
• Daily Toolbox meeting
• Implement and enforce all appropriate health and safety standards
• Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment
