A leading telecommunications provider in Singapore is seeking a proactive Service Engineer to ensure optimal operation of systems and troubleshooting of DNS and infrastructure services. Candidates should possess a diploma in Electronics Engineering and at least 3-5 years of experience with VMware and Linux systems. The position requires working in a rotating shift for 24x7 support, with opportunities for ongoing training and development.

The role is responsible to perform proactive service monitoring, in depth troubleshooting and operate system and platform in an optimal state. Ensure Infra structure services meeting service level KPIs, customer level satisfactory and regulatory requirement. The role is also accountable for Escalation to the Engineers in terms of any form of degradation of the service quality and service availability of the services provided. The detail scope are :-
