A leading financial institution in Singapore is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer to lead automation initiatives. The role involves building automated workflows and enhancing CI/CD pipelines. Required qualifications include a degree in a relevant field and strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools and scripting. The role offers a base salary up to S$220,000 per annum and additional benefits like performance bonuses and comprehensive medical insurance.
Build and maintain automated infrastructure workflows to provision, configure, and update systems across on-premise and cloud environments.
Create and enhance CI/CD jobs and deployment pipelines to support frequent, reliable releases for both infrastructure and applications.
Implement tooling and scripts that eliminate manual operational tasks, such as patching, configuration changes, and environment setup.
Collaborate with platform, security, and application teams to embed automation, standardisation, and controls into daily operations.
Use metrics, runbooks, and continual improvements to track and uplift platform stability, performance, and operational efficiency.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands‑on experience in infrastructure/DevOps roles.
Strong experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code and configuration tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
Proficiency in at least one scripting language (such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation and system integration.
Working knowledge of major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their infrastructure automation patterns.
Background in operational support, SRE, or DevOps environments, with solid understanding of reliability engineering, incident response, and change practices.
