Job summary
A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking a BI Manager to develop and implement data strategies supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will bring 8-15 years of experience in data strategy, and advanced skills in BI tools such as Power BI and SQL. The role involves leading a data team, managing BI projects, and collaborating across various functions to streamline data flows. This position includes opportunities for international travel.

- Experience in leading teams and delivering complex BI/data initiatives.
- Advanced expertise in data analysis and modeling tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data strategy for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Architect and manage BI platforms that deliver insights.
- Lead and develop the BI/data team aligned with strategic priorities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of BI projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners for actionable data flows.
- Provide data-driven insights to executive leadership.

- Manage the full lifecycle of BI projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners (manufacturing, procurement, logistics, finance, IT, R&D) to enable accurate, timely, and actionable data flows.
- Provide data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership to support decision‑making and drive operational excellence.
- Support global business operations, with the flexibility to travel internationally as required.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8-15 years of progressive experience in BI, data strategy, or MIS within manufacturing, technology, or supply chain sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering complex, large‑scale BI/data initiatives.
- Advanced expertise in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
