Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support / project documentation of assigned project(s).
  • Assist to check and in compliance claims from vendors.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for assigned project department.
  • Assists and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
  • Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception and project site with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
  • Ensure project operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Assist in Business administration and office facilities management.
  • Manage and control Purchase Orders & Tax Invoices.
  • Coordinate the purchase of supplies, equipment and forms, and processing of invoices.
  • Maintain proper records of documentations in alignment with the company’s documentation records policy.
